CV Parsing Included as Standard
GRIP has CV parsing built into the system. The CiViliser, a part of the GRIP Organiser, analyses free text CVs and quickly and simply turns them into new candidate records.
Using CiViliser is simplicity itself. You just highlight a message or file and click a button. CiViliser will then run and extract not only the relevent personal details but also all their skils. Any duplicates are also highlighted preventing multiple records being created. Once you are happy you can either create a new candidate or update an existing one with the details.
