Sending mass emails to thousands of recipients via Microsoft Outlook can be a time consuming business. Outlook is designed for correspondence between small groups of people and not mass mailing. If you attempt to send a large mailshot via Outlook you may find that it then is unresponsive until it has finished processing.
GRIP Bulk Mailer overcomes this limitation by moving the work to a separate server dedicated to the task. Emails sent via the Bulk Mailer can be automatically formatted with your company branding and any legal notification at the bottom. They can also comply with Data Protection Act (DPA) by including an automatic unsubscribe link at the bottom. Anyone who unsubscribes will be permanently blocked from receiving future marketing emails.
