Get real-time notification when a client opens a CV
Traditionally when sending a CV to a client you attach it to an email, send it and hope that the client opens it. If you want to know your client has received the email you can add a read receipt but they are not always reliable and you still don’t know if they have opened the attached CV.
The GRIP weblinks module takes away that uncertainty by sending the consultant an email the moment that the Client downloads the CV. This means that you can be certain that they have received the email and have an interest in the CVs, providing you with valuable knowledge for any follow-up call.

- Certainty: Consultants will know that a Client has both received the email and have shown an interest in the CVs you have sent.
- Traceability: A record will be kept in GRIPs activity log showing when the Client downloaded the CV. Useful for follow-up calls.
