GRIP/Outlook Integration
The full extent of the level of integration is summarised below:
- Low-level System features
- The GRIP Organiser (GO)
- High-level User Interface features found within the rest of the system
Low-level System features
- Automatic detection of outgoing and incoming emails/SMS responses
- Automatic notification of incoming client & candidate emails via a desktop alert
- Automatic creation of Activity records within GRIP even if Outlook is used to send the email
- Automatic creation of Activity records & copies of emails when incoming emails are detected

- New Activities (email,meeting,task,note,etc) uses Outlook windows
- Embedded MS Outlook UI (Optional)
- Public Folder access
- Import Outlook Contacts to GRIP (per Folder)
- Create Activity records for existing Outlook Email messages (per Folder or Individual)
- Drag and drop to create GRIP Activity record from existing Outlook Email message
- Drag and drop to create new GRIP Company/Site/Client + Activity record from existing Outlook Email message
