Low-level System features

  • Automatic detection of outgoing and incoming emails/SMS responses
  • Automatic notification of incoming client & candidate emails via a desktop alert
  • Automatic creation of Activity records within GRIP even if Outlook is used to send the email
  • Automatic creation of Activity records & copies of emails when incoming emails are detected

  • Drag and drop to create GRIP Activity record from existing Outlook Email message
  • Drag and drop to create new GRIP Company/Site/Client + Activity record from existing Outlook Email message
