GRIP Organiser (GO)

With the Organiser you may hardly ever need to use Outlook again. Most people use Outlook as their main desktop application and, recognising this, we have incorporated advanced Outlook features in GO.

Summary of Organiser features

Includes some advanced features that even extend Outlook in places (see below)
Recognises GRIP clients/candidates from email addresses.
Allows routing of incoming messages.
Work with your messages using familar Outlook windows (Reply, Forward, etc)

Organiser Features not found in MS Outlook

Ability to highlight words and phrases within messages (HTML/RTF/TXT/PDF/etc)
This includes within attachments (inc. MSG files!)
Allows routing and associating incoming messages to GRIP
Able to display attachments without opening and saving them first!
Extremely fast MSWord viewer (raw text). Word is unused for this feature.
Able to display the structure of complex MSG attachments (See picture below)
Allows access to files on disk using the same UI and viewing capabilities.
Incorporates the CiViliser.

Viewing Attachments within the Organiser

Note that not only does the Organiser show the structure of embedded attachments but also it doesn't stop there. You can see the entire structure of embedded attachments that are contained within embedded attachments too! (See below).

Also, when you click on ANY attachment (embedded or otherwise) GRIP will display the file within the viewer.
