Connect has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2000, and this growth has been recognised by its inclusion twice in The Sunday Times’ Fast Track 100. It has regional representation across 70 countries, with international clients and candidates, and it focuses on three market areas: rail and construction; energy; and IT. To cope with this fast-moving and complicated operational landscape, it needs powerful specialist recruitment software.
With its growth and success, Connect’s existing recruitment software solution was no longer sufficiently robust and flexible. After a thorough review of the market and in-depth trials, it has now migrated its entire operations across to the more powerful GRIP from 2LS.
GRIP is now being used throughout the organisation to manage the entire placement process. Staff across Connect’s different offices are using it for activities from posting and parsing CVs through application matching and submission and on to closing placements in the back office.
