Shortlisting Candidates
When a new vacancy is created you want to add potential candidates to it as quickly as possible. GRIP allows you to search and shortlist potential candidates onto any vacancy with simple drag and drop. This video shows you how from a simple selection list it is possible to build a shortlist in seconds.
Sending an email to Multiple Recipients
Keeping in touch with contacts is an important part of the recruitment process. GRIP has the ability to send formatted emails to one or many individuals each of whom receive a personallised email. This video shows how easy it is to send an email to multiple receipents. Each email is also logged as an activity record against the relevant contact.
Adding Any Document to a Contact
During the normal recuritment process there can be a large amount of documentation that needs to be captured such as terms of businees, proof of identity, references etc. GRIP allows all these documents and more to be captured and stored against the relevant contact. This video shows how this is a simple matter of dragging and dropping a document onto GRIP.
Changing the Status of a Candidate on a Vacancy
There can be a number of stages in the placement process (Not yet contacted, Unsuitable, Interview 1 etc.). It is important to be able to keep track of a candidates latest status on any vacancy. As shown in this video, with GRIP it is possible to easily move a candidate from one status to another. Also the vacancy statuses are customisable.
Changing the Location or manager of a Client
With GRIP it is possible to maintain a record of the structure of a company – both the reporting lines (who works for who) and the location organisation (who works at which site). Moving people between managers or locations is simply a matter of dragging and dropping the client onto the desired person or site name. This video shows both methods in action.
